The Bionanodesign (BNT) Laboratory is located in the Biomedical Engineering Laboratory Complex in the TOBB ETU Technology Center, TOBB ETU, Ankara, Turkey.
BNT Lab contributes to fundamental and applied research in the area of computational bio(nano)technology and materials theory. We design and implement novel quantitative and computational methods to solve challenging problems across the entire spectrum of biology, medicine and materials science. Specific research areas include organic/inorganic interfaces, protein/peptide structure prediction and design, surface/interface instabilities, and simulation of thin film growth and development of quantum dot systems.
